SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

Orders within the contiguous United States will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Please note that although most orders do ship the same day, some orders require 48 hours for processing and packaging and will arrive in 3 to 6 business days. This is not a shipping guarantee. Please contact us for expedited shipping if you need it sooner.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard ground shipping offered to the contiguous 48 states on all orders totaling $35.00 or more*. International orders and orders shipped to AK, HI, APO (AA, AE, AP), FPO, DPO, Puerto Rico, etc. are excluded. There will be additional fees for expedited shipping.

UNDELIVERABLE/ REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused packages and or undeliverable packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges back to A Gold Bead warehouse. Packages also may be subject to a reshipment charge to resend product back out. Please contact us for further information.

Return & Exchange Policy

15-DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY 

We hope you love the items purchased from A Gold Bead, but we understand that sometimes things don't turn out as planned. That's why we want to make our 15-Day Happiness Guaranteed Return Policy as simple as possible for you.

To ensure that there is no confusion in the return process, all returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer support team. To receive an RMA number, you can text our support team at 1-760-201-6561 or email us at service@agoldbead.com.

Products must be returned with original unopened packaging or they may incur a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping and any insurance costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or A Gold Bead made a mistake with your order. A Gold Bead is not responsible for returns that may be lost or damaged during transit to our warehouse. Any shipping fees applied in the original order cannot be refunded unless the product is defective A Gold Bead made a mistake with your order.
